Rocky Road Fudge

This fudge – oh this fudge! It’s perfection in every way: only 5 ingredients, takes 5 minutes to make, it’s smooth and creamy and melts into complete bliss in your mouth. After you’ve fallen in love with this fudge, drizzle some salted caramel sauce on top – Check out that recipe over here:


Rocky Road Fudge

1 bag of mini marshmallows

1 bag of semisweet chocolate chips

1 bag of milk chocolate chips

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

11/2 cups of nuts - literally any nut you like!


  1. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper. Pour half of the marshmallows into the bottom of the dish.
  2. In a large microwave safe bowl, combine the chocolates and peanut butter. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and microwave for an additional 30 seconds. Continue stirring until smooth (you may need to microwave an additional 30-60 seconds).
  3. Fold remaining mini marshmallows and nuts into the melted chocolate and peanut butter mixture.
  4. Pour chocolate mixture over marshmallows in baking dish. Refrigerate until firm, 2 - 4 hours.
  5. Cut and enjoy!
