Ingredients

1 cup stevia - the powdered kind used for baking, NOT the liquid!

1 cup warm water

1 1/4 cups fresh lemon juice (from about 6 lemons)

1 pint strawberries, hulled and sliced

3 1/2 cups cold water

ice

Instructions

  1. Add 1 cup of warm water and 1 cup powdered stevia to a blender. Pulse until combined.
  2. Add hulled strawberries and lemon juice to the mixture in the blender. Blend until strawberries reach desired consistency.
  3. Combine 3 1/2 cups of cold water and the blended strawberry mixture in a pitcher. Add ice to chill.

Notes

Meyer lemons are sweeter than regular lemons, and strawberries are sweeter when very ripe - taste as you go and adjust the amount of stevia accordingly.

Other sweeteners like agave nectar or honey can be substituted for stevia. Adjust the calorie count accordingly if you're tracking calories.

Hello! Welcome to Addicted to Yum!

I'm Jen, and yes, I look guilty. See that lovely jar of salted caramel sauce to my right? Yeah, that one. I've hidden a secret stash in my pantry. Wow it feels sooooo good to say that outloud!
