baked macaroni and cheese casserole

What’s more comforting than warm, gooey macaroni and cheese on a cold night? More macaroni and cheese! The sharp cheddar cheese in this recipe pairs wonderfully with hard cider, too, or hard cider with a shot of Fireball (cinnamon whiskey – tastes just like those little red cinnamon candies that I can never remember the name of).

Looks even tastier up close! See those crunchy bits? They’re panko – Japanese bread crumbs – and they add the most delightful little bit of crunch! This recipe takes macaroni and cheese off the kiddie table and adds just the right amount of fancy to serve at a Holiday meal.

Or you could join me and sneak a bowl at 11pm in your jammies while everyone’s asleep. It’s so good you won’t want to share anyway!

Hello! Welcome to Addicted to Yum!

I'm Jen, and yes, I look guilty. See that lovely jar of salted caramel sauce to my right? Yeah, that one. I've hidden a secret stash in my pantry. Wow it feels sooooo good to say that outloud!
